Two Vermont resorts rely on renewable energy
October 29, 2006 - (Montpelier, VT - AP) - The National Ski Areas Association says there are two resorts in Vermont that offer green skiing. Okemo Mountain Resort and Middlebury College's Snow Bowl are both getting 100 percent of their electricity from renewable energy sources.

Prices of lift tickets mount as winter chill arrives
November 27, 2005 - With the ski season already under way, the price of a daily lift ticket has gone up at some of Vermont's 18 ski areas. Adult weekend and holiday lift tickets range in price this season from a low of $37 at the Middlebury College Snow Bowl to a high of $72 at Stratton Mountain Resort.
