Mont Saint-Sauveur's Q4 profit rises ...
August 11, 2004 - CBC News, Canada - SAINT-SAUVEUR, Que. (CP) - Strong real estate sales in the United States helped ski resort company Mont Saint-Sauveur International report a fourth-quarter profit of $975,000, compared with $954,000 a year earlier, despite poor weather.  The company said Monday it earned 13 cents a share for the three months ended April 30, compared with a profit of 12 cents per share a year earlier. Revenue rose to $23.8 million from $19.4 million, led by housing sales at Vermont's Jay Peak, as well as the Mont Saint-Sauveur Valley north of Montreal.  read more

December 06, 2003 - Montreal Gazette, Canada - It's known as a skier's mountain, where snow is plentiful, lift lines short and the price of a lift ticket reasonable. Maybe that's why Jay Peak is a favourite destination for Montrealers. "Fifty per cent of our clientele is from Montreal," said Bill Stenger, president and general manager of Jay Peak. "We see more Montreal Gazettes in people's hands that the Burlington Free Press," he laughed. November 19, 2003 - Champlain Channel.com, NY - JAY, Vt. -- The ski season is about to begin, but one local resort is thinking about summer. On Tuesday, Jay Peak broke ground on a new 18-hole golf course opening in 2005.
