March 24, 2008 - Lindsey Vonn, the overall women's World Cup champion, and Jimmy Cochran won slalom titles at the U.S. Alpine Championships on Saturday in a competition delayed because of rain, snow and wind.  read more

Cochrans honored by Ski Hall of Fame
October 21, 2004 - Barre Montpelier Times Argus, VT - STOWE - When Mickey and Ginny Cochran turned their Richmond backyard into a ski area in 1961, they didn't know it would propel their four children to the Olympics. Or push the whole family into the Vermont Ski Museum's Hall of Fame. The Stowe-based museum will induct the "Skiing Cochrans" during a day of celebration Saturday in Stowe.  read more

Cochran family ski tradition lives on
November 29, 2003 - Salt Lake Tribune, UT - PARK CITY -- Growing up with mothers, aunts and uncles offering a heritage of skiing success cannot be a bad thing. That is why the U.S. Alpine ski team had to be excited about the World Cup racing debuts of C Team members Jessica C. Kelley and James Cochran in America's Opening technical events the past two weekends. The two are second-generation members of the Cochran family that enjoyed success on the U.S. ski team in the 1970s.  read more
