February 19, 2005 - Asheville Citizen-Times, NC - WOLF LAUREL ? Local officials
will gather today to celebrate the grand opening of a new ski lodge at
Wolf Laurel Ski Resort atop Wolf Ridge, where an Asheville developer
hopes to turn it into a year-round family resort.

is a 42-year-old wife and mother of two and a self- described daredevil
on a snowboard. The longtime ski instructor from Waynesville strapped on
a snowboard about seven years ago, just when they were booming onto the
ski scene. Now, during ski season, she doesn't feel completely dressed
without one.
