Sick day: Skiers, snowboarders flock to ski area
March 06, 2008 - Wading through at least 18 inches of fresh powder, a skier makes his way down Far East on Wednesday afternoon at Montana Snowbowl. A Tuesday night storm deposited the snow, drawing more than 1,200 skiers to the resort.  read more

UM students working to ski
September 26, 2003 - Montana Kaimin, MT - A number of University of Montana students found a cheaper way to hit the slopes this season ? instead of buying a season pass, they are working for one. Montana Snowbowl Ski Area has a program that allows students and anyone else interested in skiing or snowboarding a chance to trade 60 hours of work at the mountain for a full season pass.  read more
