Mountain seeks sale
September 18, 2003 - Montana Kaimin, MT - To the chagrin of outdoorsy
students, Marshall Mountain will not be open to skiers and snowboarders
this season unless the resort is bought or leased. ?Marshall will stay
closed so we have enough time to put in a chair lift, get a liquor
license and improve the lodge,? said Bruce Doering, owner of the

September 17, 2003 - The Missoulian, MT - After 65 years of continuous
operation, Marshall Mountain will close its slopes to skiers and
snowboarders this winter unless someone steps forward to buy or lease
the ski area, owner Bruce Doering said Tuesday.
