Local skiers can still buy discounted passes
November 04, 2004 - Idaho State Journal, ID - POCATELLO - Representatives from Pebble Creek Ski Area will be at the Pocatello Ski Association/ C.W. Hog Ski Swap to take season pass pictures. The event will be the last chance to get passes at a discounted early season rate. Early season prices are $299 for adults and $149 for children 12 and under, while regular rates are $399 for adults and $199 for kids, according to a press release.  read more

Fundraisers Hit Slopes For Disabled
February 22, 2004 - KIFI, ID - At Pebble Creek Slopes today, people were enjoying the snow. Specifically, people with disabilities are skiing down the slopes. They're taking part in C.W. Hogg's Ski-A-Thon. It's a fundraiser to get people out of wheel chairs and in to a ski chairs.   read more

Ski & Snowboard Thefts
February 04, 2004 - KIDK, ID - POCATELLO -Surveillance of a local ski area helps the Sheriff's Office catch four people stealing ski and snowboard equipment. A rash of the thefts have been going on since Christmas at Pebble Creek Ski Area. Two adults and two juveniles have been caught since the Sheriff's investigation began.   read more

Pebble Creek set to open Dec. 19
December 10, 2003 - Idaho State Journal, ID - INKOM - Pebble Creek Ski Area is tentatively scheduled to open Dec. 19, according to a press release. As of Monday afternoon, the ski area had 30 inches of snow at the top and five inches at its base, Pebble Creek Director Mary Reichman said. "We did get some rain at the lodge on Friday, but it's been all snow since then, and the upper mountain is really filling in nicely," Reichman said. "It's not going to take a whole lot more to get us in shape to open."  read more
