March 02, 2004 - Denver Post, CO - Grand County developer Marise Cipriani is trying again to reposition her SolVista ski area, this time by changing the name to The Granby Ranch and adding 272 cabins, homes and condos priced starting around $300,000. "It's like the anti-Beaver Creek," said John Osborn, chief executive of Denver developer Village Homes, which builds at the 5,100-acre property.  read more
