Winter Carnival kicks off tonight
February 09, 2005 - The 92nd annual Winter Carnival begins today with a fresh blanket of snow atop Howelsen Hill. The annual tribute to Steamboat Springs' rich skiing heritage and the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club begins with the opening ceremonies at 5:30 p.m. at Olympian Hall.
