Skiers found after night in wilderness
February 15, 2004 - Reno Gazette Journal, NV - Two cross-country skiers reported missing from Soda Springs, Calif. were found alive early Saturday by search and rescue crews, Placer County Sheriff?s deputies said. Joel and Johanna Rosenthal of Half Moon Bay, Calif. left their cabin about 3 p.m. Friday to ski. Friends called authorities for help at midnight after not hearing from the couple.  read more
