Recent Cold Snap Helps Local Ski Resort
January 26, 2008 - After a dismal start to the ski season, the past week of below normal temperatures has allowed Cloudmont Ski Resort in Mentone, Alabama, to make a two to three foot base of snow. After having only one day of skiing in December, January has helped the resort recover from losses suffered in December.  read more
