Williamson of Toronto wins gold at Disabled World Cup ski event
February 24, 2004 - Canada.com, Canada - KIMBERLY, B.C. (CP) - Chris Williamson of Toronto won gold while Kimberley Joines of Edmonton raced to bronze in the giant slalom on opening day of the 2004 Disabled World Cup ski event Monday. Williamson, last year's overall men's champion in the category for the blind, and guide Richard Pridday raced to a time of two minutes 11.08 seconds to collect gold in the giant slalom.  read more
